04 — About

Background

I am an Associate Professor (Reader) in Finance and Economics at Queen Mary University of London, where I teach asset pricing, trading, and financial decision-making. I am also a Research Affiliate in Asset Pricing at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR).

My research spans household finance, asset pricing, real estate, and behavioural finance, with a focus on Indian financial markets and emerging economies. I have contributed to policy deliberations on financial sector reform and household finance across several Government of India bodies.

I completed my DPhil in Financial Economics at the University of Oxford in 2017, supported by the Oxford-Man Institute Studentship and the Fidelity-Oxford Scholarship.
